This warm and inviting class combines flowing movement and breath in a calm, sweet vinyasa practice. Slow Flow is perfect for all students who want to learn more about the poses, explore breath work and meditation, or just slow down and deepen their practice. Emphasis is given to aligning breath and movement, reducing distractions and paying attention, as well as relaxing into your own body. The sessions always end with a deep, relaxing savasana.
Recommended for all levels.
