Here are a few tips for our first time students:
- Arrive early or on time. You will not be allowed into the class if it's more than 10 mins since it started. If you are late, enter very quietly and roll out your mat very quietly
- Leave your cell phone in the changing room or your car. If you MUST take it to class, silence it and do not check it during class
- Do not leave during class (unless it's an emergency) and stay for savasana (final resting pose)
- If you borrow a mat, clean it and roll it up neatly and return to its home
