This class is intended for those who are comfortable in an intermediate class and feel ready to expand their practice. You will use your knowledge of postures and breathing to practice creative, physically demanding and challenging sequences. Power flow includes optional inversion practice and the opportunity to explore arm balances. This intensity should drastically improve your overall strength while detoxifying the body and building mind-body awareness. You do not need to be advanced to attend Power Yoga, this class simply provides the opportunity to broaden your understanding of asana (physical poses) while encouraging you to move at your own pace.
