This vinyasa class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Our knowledgeable instructors will cover the basics of yoga including proper alignment, modifications for injuries & pregnancies, and proper breathing techniques. This is the perfect class for anyone who is new to yoga and a great refresher for more experienced yogis. Room temperature is generally between 76-80 degrees.
