Creating Your In Home Studio

Sometimes after a long and busy day, it can be difficult to make that trip to your local yoga studio. But don’t worry! We have come up with a list of things that will help you practice yoga right at home. That way, you will never have to miss a yoga class again!

1. A Quiet Space
Try and find a spot in your home where there is peace and quiet, and minimum interruptions. Maybe even add a few candles to create a calming atmosphere.



2. A Yoga Mat
Choose a mat that you are comfortable with. Try finding a non-slip mat that will help you get into poses without having to worry about slipping right off your mat.



3. Yoga Block/Strap
Grab a yoga block or strap to help you balance and get into those hard poses that you can’t get into yet.



4. Water
Remember, always stay hydrated!
